We will setup your servers to manage your users, manage their files, and all of your applications. We can setup a tape backup system to prevent data loss, and configure your server to use RAID, in order to stay online even in case of hard drive failure.

Ciara Systems will help you to determine what types of desktops and/or latops are right for your staff. Before deployment, we will customize the machines for your chosen applications, then set them up and support your users. We will act as liaisons between your users and the hardware manufacturers, in the case of a problem. We also deploy 'hot spares' at client sites, so that in case of downtime, a replacement machine can be quickly and easily deployed, letting your valuable employee continue working.

Ciara Systems will get your organization connected to the Internet. We can procure, provision, and deploy ISDN, DSL, or T1 access to any branch of your office. Ciara Systems can offer you managed Internet services off of our own networks, or based off of your network. We deploy and manage email and web solutions using Apache Server and Internet Information Server for web sites, and Sendmail, Postfix, and Microsoft Exchange for email servers.

Our clients frequently have internal Microsoft Access or Microsoft SQL Server databases. Often they hold information that would be valuable to share with their clients or trading partners. We can develop a Web interface to this information, customizing it to your particular needs, security and otherwise.
